person to be retired....front and center |
This weekend had a full schedule, first, one of my good friends was retiring from the Marine Corps after 31 years of service. The ceremony was held between hangar 1 & 2 on Kaneohe Bay. The start of the day was as usual, rain......we say, it's a blessing to begin the day. After the rain, it turned into a nice day for a retirement, you can see the water on the flightline. The reception was held later that evening at Ko'olau Golf Course, another spectacular choice by Laura and Daniel. The location had some awesome mountain views and what selection for the dinner, the food and the company at the table was top notch. The next day was even more beautiful, the day of the Kapolei Jr. Prom. Of course Nicole was getting ready for an evening out with Shane,
her dress was absolutely stunning, as was she, the nerves were on high alert, but she settled down as we took photographs and everything else went off without a hitch. They both looked great and the evening was all that they could imagine it to be. What a great whirl wind weekend.......Aloha

Nicole and Shane
I just get a kick with your description of Nicole's nerves. She is very photogenic and even more gorgeous with her dress. Shane and Nicole are a great looking couple. Good thing dad can capture these precious moments.
ReplyDeleteGreat coverage of the retirement and Nicole! Her dress is incredible, yes very stunning. Very nice shot of Nicole and Shane. I love that group shot, so hard to shoot a large group. Great job!
